I was in that stage of being sick that I was so over it and thought it would never move on. Well I was wrong today I felt nearly me again and even went to Yoga. I so like that class. As I am doing it I am cursing the instructor, however when it is all over I feel great. Tomorrow Kitchenette and I are going to try the reflex class which should be a bit of a laugh and I am sure we will be both complain at German on Friday morning.
The weather here at the moment is amazing . The sun is shining, the birds are singing, the kids are cheering because they don't have to wear jackets and the mum's are cheering because they can go outside and burn off energy.
