Fit Zone

That is the name of my gym, where this week I began training. It is so nice and the trainers very helpful. I have looked at this 36 year old body and decided something needs to be done. "Having just had a child "is no longer an excuse that can be used. So to the gym I headed. So move over Elle, the body is on its way. HA HA! (in my dreams) however a better me is a good option boys come with me and go to the child care. They love it and don't want to leave. I was so excited when I dropped them off the first time because Max was really happy to stay. This has made the whole New Year's Resolution easier. They even serve Nespresso coffee. Must be a good gym. As you do your cardio you look out over the Lake of Zurich.
Today is particularly beautiful here on the Gold Coast , we are off for a walk in the forest as it is so warm. Jack starts back at his forest group on Monday so I hope the weather keeps up.
